from 11 reviewsJoe fixed my Omega Seamaster that had not been working for years .
It’s now keeping perfect time .
The postal send and return service was completely hassle free. Also Joe’s customer service was excellent. Phone conversation before and after the job .
Rixon Repairs worked magic - took a very precious family piece of mine that no one else could help with and restored it to life. Outstanding customer service and craftsmanship - great value too. They have an encyclopaedic knowledge! I will happily use them again.
I used Rixson to do a full restoration and service of my Universal Geneve wristwatch. This was a timepiece that had sentimental value, but after speaking to Joe from Rixson I knew it was in safe hands... And I have to say the end result was exceptional - I regularly receive compliments and it keeps time beautifully.
Would highly recommend Rixson for vintage watch owners.
Quick postage and professional service. They gave a really good service and sent me update photos of my watch as the work was being completed.
Satisfied with this service and will be using them again
Joe was a top bloke and fixed my Rolex Daytona. Will 100% use Joe at Rixson repairs again to service my other watches.
