Watch Repairs & Restorations

Restored by Specialists
This service is a different skill set to a standard maintenance service. Complex knowledge of horological traditions and modern practises is required.
Highly skilled work is carried out or overseen by our founder Joe Chambers, a Director of the British Horological Institute.
Most watches are eminently repairable if originally produced to a high standard.
We often hear from customers that work is rejected due to the availability of parts. We rarely find this to be the case as we hold significant stock of vintage and obsolete parts. We can source parts from across the world when not available from the manufacturer.
We document each stage of the cleaning and inspection process to assert the quality of our work, providing a report of the watches' condition. Over time, our customers' watches assert their value.

Temperature humidity and a dust-controlled environment.
Workshop cleanliness is extremely important – watch parts need to be stored correctly, and medical cleanliness of a watch movement enhances the life a of a service or repair.
Alongside continuous cleaning we filter the air to remove dust particles and reduce moisture whilst maintaining a constant temperature.
